Jennifer - enjoy the visit. I had the good fortune to attend the first Customer Evangelist University event Ben and Jackie conducted in Chicago and it was an incredibly energizing two days. They have crafted a terrific framework of six tenets of Customer Evangelism that can guide just about any organization in the best ways to tap into the good will and word-of-mouth energy of its customers.
