It's been a crazy few days... had company from out of town, jumped out of an airplane for the first time (great fun!) and got food poisoning. Feeling much better today, thank goodness, and I'm back to work. And back to my blog, which I've neglected for a while!

I jumped out of a plane for the first time back in March, in Las Vegas of all places. Definitely inspired me to do it again. We jumped from about 3 miles up (15,000 feet), and the view on the way down alone was well worth it.

I onced asked my USAF father if he had any jump experience. His reply was that there is never a good reason to jump out of a perfectly safe airplane :)
