Glad you're getting it checked out! You're gonna crush Kaiser! 1 comment on the holding off swimming. I don't think it would hurt to get wet, just do a light session. No timing, just a buoy and casual speed. You'll get a sense pretty quickly whether the shoulder will dig it or not. I got in the water 11 days after the hernia surgery. The trick is just to listen to your body and not overdo it. It may, in fact, help more than it may hurt. :)
