On March 19 I'll be the stop on the Business Blog Book Tour for Jackie Huba and Ben McConnell, authors of Creating Customer Evangelists and the Church of the Customer weblog. I had the priviledge of hearing Jackie speak at an IABC luncheon here in Dallas a couple years ago. She's an engaging, high-energy speaker with great information to share. Jennifer - enjoy the visit. I had the good fortune to attend the first Customer Evangelist University event Ben and Jackie conducted in Chicago and it was an incredibly energizing two days. They have crafted a terrific framework of six tenets of Customer Evangelism that can guide just about any organization in the best ways to tap into the good will and word-of-mouth energy of its customers.
