Check out Covad's VoIP: The Movie. The plot's a bit forced, but it's certainly an engaging and entertaining way to get the word out. This is the first time I've seen advertainment for a B2B offering, and I applaud Covad for thinking outside the traditional B2B box.
Highly creative ... and quite intriguing. Even this part-time marketing gadfly clicked-thru the Covad site to learn more.
I applaud Covad's approach of (a) not taking themselves too seriously, (b) being interesting to get customers interested, (c) being savvy and leaving something to the imagination of the consumer, and (c) being downright clever.
Who says B2B marketing can't be fun and interesting? Nice find.
