I just learned that anyone competing at Wildflower received a complementary Endorphin Report for the race. I'm such a data geek... love this stuff. I can't figure out how to make this small enough to fit the width of my blog, but you can view it here:

Interesting, in "strength of stage" I'm perfectly balanced across swim, bike and run. No huge surprise, I don't have a swim, bike or run background, but it's funny to see it in pie chart format in almost perfect thirds... no one stage stands out. Of course that's at the Olympic distance; this report for Honu would show my run as being the weak link. But my bike was 1 MPH faster, thanks to having a bike that actually fits me. I think the bike is where I could make the greatest gains, but I need to solidify my run first.
